Elevator video monitoring cable has the characteristics of long service life, stable video transmission model and high definition. What should you pay attention to when installing?

Installation Notes:
1. The elevator dedicated video cable should be kept at least 150mm away from the elevator accompanying cable to avoid strong interference when the elevator is running.
2. When installing and using the Elevator video monitoring cable, it should be hung freely, twisted fully, and no knots or waves should appear to avoid unstable signal transmission.
3. The suspension reinforcement core (steel wire rope) in the cable should be fixed after being stripped to bear the weight and tension of the cable itself. The tension of the two reinforcement cores should be consistent to avoid deformation and damage to the cable during movement.
4. When the elevator car compresses the buffer, the Elevator video monitoring cable must not be in contact with the bottom pit surface and the bottom frame of the car to avoid damage to the cable.
5. The cable joints must not have false welding, desoldering, etc., and a firmness test should be carried out (appropriate force should be placed on the connector and the cable, and the joints must not fall off, break, etc.).
6. When installing the Elevator video monitoring cable, the movable part of the cable should avoid the uncleaned residues in the elevator shaft (such as steel bars, cement protrusions, etc.), so as not to damage the cable due to hooking or abrasion during operation.
